This variant of our Mk 3 3 scroll bender has all the same scrolling capability of our MC022 Mk3/3 scroll bending machine but also comes with a set of tube bending components as an optional extra.
This set comprises a special guide pressure roller plus one small and one large tube former segment and transforms your wrought iron scroll bender into a tube bending machine as well. Depending on the radius of the bend you want, you select either the large or the small former which is located underneath, and driven by, the main capstan and centre segment with all the three outer scroll former segments removed.
As you will see from the video clip this simple attachment enhances the capability of your Mk3/3 scroll bending machine for a very modest additional cost.

Please note: The maximum working capacity is for Hot Rolled Mild Steel Bar and Annealed Bright Mild Steel Bar. Working beyond these limits or with material of greater hardness may reduce the operational life of the machines.

Tool still operates as the MC022 Mk 3/3 Scroll Former but this package includes Tube Forming Components which fit on the pressure roller and underneath the centre segment.
Once end of tube fed into the bending component, rotate handles to create bend in tube up to 180 degrees.
