Participants of the powder coating class learn the only limit is their imagination!

Following bead or sand blasting to remove any old paint or built-up residue,
the metal is pressure washed. Then items are cleaned with a degreaser and
then phosphates. Rinsing removes all prep agents.
"Chrome" powder is applied to the piece as a base coat.
Once the base coat has been "fired" in the oven for the required time the vinyl decal of the eagle is applied being careful not to touch the panel directly with hands.
Here the class sprays the already "Chromed" piece and eagle decal with "Stardust Blue" powder.
Complete coverage must be obtained.
Once the piece is covered in the stardust powder it is placed in the oven just long enough to set the powder.
The piece is then removed from the oven and allowed to cool just enough to remove the vinyl decal leaving the chrome.
